Product Warranty Regulations
All of our products are of good quality and are subject to strict quality checks before leaving the factory.
We guarantee the performance and integrity of our products and provide free warranty service as stipulated in the Eucalyptus regulations.
To be valid, the warranty card must be completed in block letters in Chinese and one copy must be returned to us or registered online within 30 days of purchase. This warranty card and the purchase invoice must be presented as proof of warranty service.
The terms of the warranty are as follows:
1. During the warranty period of one year from the date of purchase (except for the products or parts listed below), if the machine is damaged or malfunctions, we will provide free repair and parts replacement if it is confirmed by our technical staff that it is not caused by misuse.
2. For some products or parts, the warranty period is as follows:
The following parts are consumable or wearing parts and are covered by a three-month warranty:
Hand-held microphone cores
Associated glass accessories
3. The Company will not provide any repair or support for products delivered to the Company under the following circumstances:
Products that are not manufactured or distributed by the Company and do not have a serial number, have had their serial numbers altered, damaged or converted, or whose serial numbers are not shown in the Company's sales records.
4. This warranty card will automatically expire if
the product has been burned out by incorrect operation, negligent use, e.g. overloading or feedback;
the product has been damaged by careless handling;
Failure due to adverse environmental factors, e.g. excessive input voltage, moisture, etc;
Damage caused by accidental events such as natural or man-made disasters;
the product has been repaired or modified by someone other than our technicians
The product has not been installed in accordance with the installation instructions provided by the original manufacturer.
5. Our warranty and repair services are only available in our repair centre. For out-of-town warranty or repair requests, all travel expenses (including car, train, airfare, accommodation, meals, etc.) shall be paid by the user.
6. For products beyond the warranty period, the Company will provide repair services at a reasonable cost.
7. This warranty is valid only in China.
8. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to the customer.
Important notice - about the warranty card
The warranty card is numbered with a stripe code. Before the goods leave our warehouse, we will record [warranty card number stripe code] and [product model and body number] by computer. If the information on the warranty card does not match our computer records, we reserve the right to refuse to provide repair services.
